I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and have worked hard at helping my clients and myself achieve a healthy lifestyle. I have tried every diet and fitness program/trend there is, using myself as case studies. Nothing I tried was SUSTAINABLE for life, everything was just too extreme. That word, SUSTAINABLE is why I began to create my METHOD of training. I became obsessed with finding nutrition and fitness that is sustainable for life. No more extreme dieting or extreme and unnecessarily hard exercise programs. I wanted to create something that was REAL, and time-efficient, something that was result-oriented with measurable progression for life!
